Not sure what was different this week. Rachel was out of town over the weekend so I did not eat as healthy as normal but I stayed within my points. Add to it a good Italian meal on Sunday with my mom and a piece of oh so horrible cake and I lose 3 pounds. Who knows. Maybe my body just hates me. Maybe it likes the feeling of defeat once in awhile. I am only 3 pounds from 10% of my total weight loss. I am also 30% towards once of my goals. So it’s a good week. Now I just need everyone to pray really hard or cross your fingers that an opportunity opens for me.
