Weight Loss Week Thirty-Two ~ Rachel

Except for yesterday, I stayed on point, tracked my food and exercised 4 of 7 days. I had planned on going to the gym yesterday but I did something to my hip/butt/IT band (I can’t pinpoint the problem) and it HURTS. I am going to spend today massaging it out and foam rolling it (though that is a tricky spot) and hopefully get back to the gym tomorrow or Thursday. Anyways…

I was down 3.2lbs at weigh-in this morning. You’ll have to read the next post if you want to know what milestones I hit today…
