Weight Loss Week Nine ~ Rachel

Well, a loss is a loss so I can’t complain. I’m down 0.4lb this week. That’s not too bad considering last night’s dinner was Taco Bell and lunch was a baked potato (though, no butter). I still need to improve my tracking skills and get back to some portion control. That was this week’s meeting topic…more on my goals in another post.

I’m still 3.2lbs away from my 10% goal. If not next week, the week after!
