Week 4 weight loss ~ Dave

Week 3 weight: 357.2
Week 4 weight: 354.6
Weight loss: 2.6

Starting weight: 365.6
Total loss: 11.0

Not a bad week if I do say so myself.  I need to stick to my gym schedule.  Though I find it harder on the weekends.  Weekends I would rather head to Blue Jay County Park with one of the dogs and hike than hit the gym.  I am probably not getting as much distance in, but it takes longer due to the sketchiness of some of the trails.  Last weekend Darwin almost slid down a hill taking me with him.  Luckily he realized it and stopped and came back up.

My goal for next week is another 4 pounds putting me at my 10% goal.  Right now I am at about 8% towards my total weight loss of 150 pounds.  In the end I want to hit 215 pounds.  Later when work calms down a bit I will talk about my perfect body image.
