Weight Loss Week Three ~ Rachel

I lost 1.6lbs this past week, even with the snow storm toying with my eating habits! I’m down 10lbs in three weeks. This is 10% of what I want to lose.  It’s also about the weight I used to do tricep/bicep work with…seems like a lot to me!

    Great job, Rachel! I like how you figured it’s 10% of your total goal – super way to think of it! I’m still afraid to step on the scale but in 4 weeks I’ve gone two shirt sizes. I’m going to try to hold out until mid-April (my birthday) to actually get on the scale… we’ll see… Keep up the good work – *high 5!* ~ Angie

      Angie, congrats on the shirt sizes! That’s awesome! I don’t think I’ve lost shirt sizes but they don’t cling quite as much as they used to! *high 5!* right back at ya!
